Andrew Reimer says “it is and continues to be a privilege to be a member and contributor to Lions International, City of Charles Sturt where I get to be part of a team of committed volunteers working tirelessly in their fundraising efforts for charities and causes both at a local and international level.
The time and dedication give by all members of Lions International is a credit to all the individuals involved who work together as a whole make a difference in other peoples and communities lives through activities such as vision and health screenings, raising funds for medical research, donating walkers for children with cerebral palsy, support training of hearing dogs, building parks, supporting eye hospitals, awarding scholarships, assisting youth and the aged, providing help in time of disaster and so much more.
Being a Lions member is wonderful and worthwhile way of giving back to the community and truly making a positive difference to our world.”
